Bootcamp 4.0 Log of Workouts

The Goal: 144 workouts in 12 weeks

If I get 144 workouts in as planned this will be my strongest bootcamp yet!

1 Sunday September 22 9:25 am Enjoyed a return of my favorite instructor to Circuit Circus! Had a blast teaming up with my buddy N with J at the station next to us. Doing classes with friends is a blast!
2 Monday September 23 5:30 am BOOTCAMP MORNING!!! Well we kicked it off in pretty much the same style all the others have gone. Big news from this one...I knocked out 61 push ups in 60 seconds AND during the warm up I jogged the whole time. I think I am past my mental block that was preventing this!!!
3 Monday September 23 7:00 pm Pole dancing! Went to a new studio with another sorority sister. I was able to learn a few new things and practice things I learned this summer.
4 Tuesday September 24 11:00 am Lunchtime run walk rocking the Couch to 5K program. I am so excited because I am spending more time acutally running!
5 Wednesday September 25 11:15 am Group soccer game! Since we played in the Corporate Challenge we have decided at the office to have pick up soccer games once a week. It felt good and man am I sore.
6 Wednesday September 25 6:40 pm Bootcamp Wednesday Night group workout. We did a 30 minute circuit and a 30 minute Fusion Fly session.
7 Thursday September 25 5:25 am Fusion Fly - Rush Hour! Introduced JT to the joys of Fusion Fly
8 Friday September 26 5:30 am Bootcamp morning! Felt so good even with a strained muscle. I just kept running and sprinting and laughing....yup laughing while sweating is I think my favorite activity.
9 Friday September 26 5:30 pm Fusion 50 which somehow became a full Fusion workout. But fun :) 
10 Saturday September 27 10:30 am Cardio Cultre. A new workout offered at Fusion. To be fair, I was supposed to do a Fly class and then a Fusion class and I cancelled and enjoyed time in bed. But, I rolled over and registerd for a class....
11 Sunday September 28 9:25 am Circuit Circus...man oh man could we have jumped anymore? Good lord...but good.
12 Monday September 29 5:30 am Bootcamp morning :) I love love love bootcamp mornings :)
13 Monday September 29 11:30 am Lunchtime run
14 Wednesday October 2 5:30 am I overcame my fear of J's spin classes and took her SpinTENse class which was divided into 10 minute sections.
15 Wednesday October 2 6:40 pm Our bootcamp met for a 1/2 circuit and 1/2 spin class
16 Sunday October 6 9:25 am After being sick a couple days it felt SO good to get back in the studio and get a good sweat in.
17 Sunday October 6 3:00 pm Fusion FIRE!!! My first time. The room wasn't too hot so gonna try again.
18 Monday October 7 5:30 am Bootcamp morning and a weight loss :)
19 Monday October 7 6:00 pm I ventured out south to MF and took Tabata and Toning...ow ow ow but a good ow.
20 Thursday October 10 5:30 am  Fusion Fly Rush Hour! Celebrated my birthday a little early with my friend Dr. T who said hey let's celebrate with a fly class!
21 Friday October 11 5:30 am Bootcamp morning
22 Friday October 11 5:30 pm Fusion 50...had a new instructor and she was fantastic!
23 Saturday October 12 5:30 am Fusion Fly, Rush Hour...I LOVE THIS CLASS
24 Saturday October 12 10:30 am Cardio Culture with Hodes...this was also my 100th class and my birthday!
25 Sunday October 13 5:00 pm A nice and easy walk/jog
26 Monday October 14 5:30 am Bootcamp Morning and super early...
27 Monday October 14 5:30 pm Fusion Mix with S! Forgot how hard her classes are! But they are AWESOME!
28 Tuesday October 15 5:30 am Thin Spin at Fusion Fly with L
29 Wednesday October 16 5:30 pm Barre Intensity before bootcamp workout, yup a double header...

33 Saturday October 19 6:00 pm Had a bad day, so I got up and ran.
34 Sunday October 20 9:25 am Circuit Circus with A teaching, it was her first class back since being on maternity and man she worked us over! 
35 Monday October 21 5:30 am Bootcamp morning...it was hard to get up and get going...
36 Monday October 21 11:30 am Lunchtime run and man oh man it was a sweaty and gross one but felt so good
37 Wednesday October 23 5:30 am Got up and met my friend A for a run. Knocked out just shy of 4 miles and a LOT of hills. I think she was impressed with my distance...YAY...by the way it was COLD!
38 Wednesday October 23 6:40 pm Wednesday Night Bootcamp Workout! I had planned on back to backs but well, when I got to the studio from work I had no pants...so ran home changed and got back in time for the workout.
39 Thursday October 24 5:30 pm Biker Barre at Fusion Fly! Nothing like a good sweaty cardio night to get you going! 
40 Friday October 25 5:30 am Bootcamp morning! Had a blast when S decided to race me (cause I was being lazy) and damn I did great!
41 Sunday October 27 7:30 am Innagural Trolley Run In Training group...first time I have ever done a group run!!! And it wasn't too bad, lil chilly but good!
42 Sunday October 27 9:25 Circuit Circus with J! Oh my goodness the JUMPING...the JUMPING
