Getting serious...

So I've been setting my training schedule for my new challenge. This past week was insane so settling in and shifting my mindset to focus on training again!

Today I got up and knocked out 3 miles on the elliptical (knees + short track indoors= no good) so elliptical it is. Hopped off and was in the water in 10 minutes...
Tri fit swim this week equalled about twice the distance of my Tri so yah I'm wiped out...but hell my body can do it! So that's a WIN!!!!
